Account Executive, Client Engagement
Fast growing Marketing Insight & Technology company is seeking qualified candidates to fill Account Executive positions in their Client Engagement Organization.
Job Description:
Candidates will serve as the primary project owner/team leader
for approximately 3 to 5 ThinkVine marketing technology platform
clients. Candidates will have overall responsibility for project
scheduling, managing data collection, oversight of modelling,
interpretation of results, and client presentations.
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary client relationship owner.
- Act as a liaison between client team(s) and internal delivery team(s).
- Manage on-boarding and development of new clients.
- Successfully interact with multiple levels within a client organization including, but not limited to, Purchasing, Brand Teams, and Marketing Analytics Groups.
- Provide Marketing and Advertising insights to senior level management (e.g., CMOs, Marketing VPs, and Brand Managers).
- Translate quantitative modelling data and outputs into business insights, and credibly articulate their meaning and implications in a marketing and advertising context.
- Prepare and deliver client presentation decks.
- Train clients in the use of ThinVine's marketing technology platform for scenario planning, help identify and refine potential scenarios, and assist in the interpretation of outputs.
- Provide analytic support for projects on an "as needed" basis.
- Serve as a client advocate (Voice of the Customer) to both the immediate delivery team, and the company's management team, as it relates to project specific client needs and/or the long-term development of the modelling platform.
- Drive usage, and on-going adoption, of ThinkVine's marketing technology platform by clients.
- 15%-20% travel required.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong interest in, and basic understanding of, Complex Adaptive Systems and/or Agent-Based Modelling. Experience in these areas is a strong plus, but not required.
- Proven ability to translate quantitative data into strategic business insights.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Presentation building and delivery skills.
- PowerPoint fluency.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising Research. Marketing Mix Modelling experience is a strong plus, but not required.
- Advanced degree (MA, MS, MBA, or PhD) in Marketing or Quantitative Social Science preferred.
- Basic analytic skills.
- An understanding of basic statistical analyses, such as: Regression, Correlation Analysis, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis. Time Series Analysis and Forecasting experience is a strong plus, but not required.
- Basic familiarity with standard statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Stata, R/S+). Experience with C++, C#, VBA, or Java is a strong plus, but not required.
