The client was looking for a better way to build a communications
planning strategy that aligned consumer insight with the process
and supported ongoing refinement (agility).

Ramp Time
Took 16 weeks to roll out their first implementation and 8 weeks to
build their 2nd. We expect ensuing Brand implementations to take
between 6 - 8 weeks.
Challenges We Faced
Navigating the organization to get the right information was a
challenge on the first implementation. Learnings came quickly and
the subsequent engagement ramp was faster.
Results So Far
- Implementation completed and calibrated (it works)
- Demonstrated the scalability of the software to support dozens of Brands at peak planning time
- Tested 3 different media plans and identified the "best" one / results being used to plan strategy for next fiscal year
- Found as much value in evaluated marketing mixes that weren't used as they did in mixes being used
