Damon Ragusa

President & CEO

As President & CEO of ThinkVine, Damon Ragusa shapes the company's strategy, product direction and is responsible for performance. An accomplished entrepreneur and technology pioneer, Damon has successfully transitioned ThinkVine from a custom solutions consultancy into a software-as-a-service enterprise in the marketing optimization space. In early 2009, ThinkVine launched The Emerging Marketplace, one of the most disruptive technologies to come out of the marketing optimization space since the 1980's. Under Damon's leadership, the company has produced tripled digit annual growth in software revenue, expanded its client base 6-fold and recruited top employees from industry leading companies. A popular speaker known for his domain expertise and thought leadership, Damon is frequently asked to present at such conferences as ad:tech, American Marketing Association (AMA), University of Georgia's School of Marketing and the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) and the Institute for International Research. Damon has held Partner and senior level positions at management consulting, marketing science and software development firms and holds degrees in Quantitative Studies and Psychology from Bowling Green State University and has conducted advanced studies in both Business Administration and Computer Science.

Don Aicklen

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Don comes to ThinkVine with over 25 years experience in Database Marketing and marketing services as a corporate officer with Harte-Hanks responsible for Sales and Marketing. AS COO for ThinkVine , Don will lead Business development , Client Management and marketing. His background includes opening new vertical markets for Harte-Hanks in Automotive, Consumer Markets and Government and Non-Profit. He also managed sales teams in Retail, Europe and Hi Tech. He started The Leadership Development Group at Harte-Hanks which served as a pipeline and incubator for future management talent. In addition he was general manager of the company's Greensboro, North Carolina direct marketing and fulfillment operation. Don is based in Cincinnati and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Curt Stenger

Vice President, Analytic Services

Curt brings 20 years advanced analytics & management experience to ThinkVine. Curt has a wide range of experience in the most recent advanced modeling techniques and approaches focusing on forecasting, pricing, market structure, segmentation and brand equity issues. Curt focuses on applying the right technique to the business problem with experience ranging from structural equation models, latent class segmentation and discrete choice models to neural networks, bayesian learning networks and random forests. Curt has a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Chicago, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences and is a former trustee of the Marketing Science Institute. In addition, he has served as Vice President of the Marketing Research Division of the Chicago Chapter of the AMA. Curt most recently served in Executive-level positions at Ipsos and Research International.

Dave Stouffer

Chief Financial Officer

Dave is a proven Fortune 1000 Executive and financial leader with over 25 years of experience establishing, leading, and re-engineering financial functions across a wide range of firms. Dave is widely respected for his leadership and vision in positions including CFO, VP Strategy, and Board Member for businesses in the software, retailing, and services industries including LensCrafters, Structural Dynamics Research Corporation, Abaqus, and Paycor. Dave is skilled in all areas of financial and strategic leadership including strategic planning & analysis, mergers & acquisitions, venture funding, financial planning, treasury, and human resources. Dave has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Miami University, Ohio and an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

D. Scott Frondorf

Vice President, Product Strategy & Development

Scott brings more than 20 years of product development, consulting and software engineering to ThinkVine.
A results-oriented, information technology executive, Scott has focused his career on translating innovative concepts into applications that deliver business value. In his current capacity, Scott is setting product strategy for ThinkVine's Emerging MarketplaceTM. Prior to ThinkVine, Scott served as CEO of Nextscale, Inc, a company that pioneered the use of gaming simulation technology to increase effectiveness of large-scale corporate training initiatives. Scott has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jeffrey Mills

Vice President, Marketing & Client Management

Jeff brings more than 14 years of Product Development & Management, Organizational Development, Channel & Business Development and all facets of tactical Marketing & Strategic Brand Development to ThinkVine. Throughout his progressive and distinctive career experiences, Jeff has a proven track record in helping emerging businesses establish the right market presence to support the business. Jeff has held VP/GM, Director and Manager-level positions at Net Perceptions, 3M and most recently at Bluespring Software where he was selected to the U.S. National Board of Directors for the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP). Jeff has a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University and currently sits on the Board of Directors at Smart Money Community Services.

William Parker

Vice President, Software Engineering

Bill has over 20 years of software design and development experience in agent-based modeling (ABM), statistical analysis and market research applications. In his current role, Bill is leading the software development effort for ThinkVine's Emerging Marketplace™. Prior to ThinkVine, Bill was Software Development Manager for The Analytical Group where he architected and completed the company's 3 major products that remain category leaders today. Bill has a B.S. in Mathematics from Arizona State University, a B.S. in Marketing & Economics from Northern Illinois University and has completed graduate work at DePaul University. He is currently pursuing a M.S. in Engineering (Software) from Arizona State University.
